MOUNT OLIVE LODGE #3 (P.H.M)
APPLICATION
Mount Olive Masonic Foundation is offering five $1000 scholarships (one each for Lansing, Leavenworth, Tonganoxie, Basehor and Pleasant Ridge High Schools) for a graduating High School Senior for the Class of 2025. If the Student has graduated early, the student must not have been out of school more than six months. The scholarship can be used for any school related expense including tuition, books, room & board, fees or dues at a certified two year or four-year accredited institution of higher learning.
Eligibility
Award recommendations will be based on a subjective determination of each applicant’s potential for academic success, financial need, and potential for embodying the Masonic mission of serving their fellow man, their nation and mankind by upholding the nine great Masonic values: Truthfulness, Endurance, Independence, Justice, Mercy, Equity, Silence, Devotion and Attainment. Applicants must fill out the attached application and submit the required documents along with the application. Failure to correctly comply with application instructions will result in disqualification of your application.
Deadline
Completed applications and accompanying materials must be sent by mail to the Organization Contact by April 11, 2025. Applications received after this date will not be accepted. Awardees will be determined by the Scholarship Committee of Mount Olive Lodge #3 of Leavenworth, Kansas. Winners will be notified and scholarships will be awarded at the school’s awards night.

Attach/upload the following with completed and signed application:
Two SEALED Letters of Recommendation.
A SEALED recent official academic transcript from high school or documentation of GED completion.
A 500 word or less typed essay, using correct grammar and spelling, or oral video addressing the following: Your academic and career goals, how the award of a Mount Olive Masonic Foundation scholarship will help you achieve those goals and how you plan to “pay it forward”.
Proof of acceptance to a two or four year accredited institution or trade school of higher learning.
Signed Privacy Act Statement and Acknowledgement of Conditions of Scholarship
